Mechanical engraving technology

The traditional mechanical engraving is sort of a milling method, where the text or image you want is cleaned away from the top layer of the material with a rotating millinghead. With mechanical engraving we can work on metals, precious metals and finished metals. Our machines are modern, computer-controlled ones, with great capacity.

Engraving with diamond head is a special method where the shape or text you give appears as a line or groove on the surface of the product. The desired picture, text or shape appears with these lines being drawn next to each other. The depth and consistency of the groove depends on the quality of the chosen product. The engraving machine takes the computer generated picture and puts it on the surface accurately. We employ this on metals, precious metals and finished metals.
